1. Introduction

Welcome to KnoBee, a social media application available for Android and iOS platforms. KnoBee enables users to connect with others, discover nearby buddies, plan activities, participate in the BeeRated Contest, share thoughts, and engage with trending video content, all within a safe and enjoyable digital environment.

These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the KnoBee mobile application, website, and associated services. By downloading, installing, or using KnoBee, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using the application.

4.1 FindBuddy

FindBuddy helps you connect with nearby users and plan activities together based on your preferences. Activities may include travel, fitness sessions, dining, sports, or other shared interests. You can apply filters such as gender, age group, and activity type to find suitable matches. Any offline meetings or plans arranged through FindBuddy are entirely at the discretion and responsibility of the participating users. KnoBee does not mediate, supervise, or guarantee the outcome of such arrangements.

4.2 SnapMeter Contest

Participate in personality-based contests where users can upload images, receive ratings from others, and compete for leaderboard rankings.

4.3 Thoughts

Post and share ideas, opinions, or updates with your network, subject to compliance with our Community Guidelines.

4.4 Buzz

Discover and engage with trending videos shared by other users. Express yourself by liking, commenting, or adding reactions.

4.5 Continuous Improvements

KnoBee is an evolving platform. New features, updates, and enhancements will be introduced periodically to improve the user experience.

5. Payment Gateway & Profile Access Policy

Certain user profiles, including those participating in the BeeRated Contest, can be accessed only through paid unlocks via KnoBee’s integrated payment gateway.

Pricing Model: First profile view per day: ₹49. Each additional profile view on the same day: ₹10 extra per view. Charges reset to ₹49 at midnight.

All transactions are processed securely through trusted third‑party payment processors, fully compliant with Android and iOS in‑app purchase regulations.

Return & Refund Policy
No Change of Mind Refunds: Once a profile is unlocked, refunds will not be issued for change of mind or accidental purchases. Technical Issues: If a payment is deducted but the profile remains locked, or if any other technical error prevents access, users must contact KnoBee Support within 72 hours of the transaction with proof of payment. Refund Method: Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days or, where applicable, added to the user’s KnoBee Wallet. Partial Refunds: If only part of the purchased service is undelivered, KnoBee may issue a proportionate refund or wallet credit at its discretion.

Wallet Update Issues
If money is deducted but the wallet is not updated, users must report the issue to KnoBee Support within 48 hours of the transaction. Upon verification with the payment gateway, the credited amount will be added to the user’s KnoBee Wallet within 2–5 business days. KnoBee is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, or payment processors.

Prohibited Use of Profile Access:
Saving, copying, sharing, or distributing any part of a user’s profile without explicit consent. Using profile information for harassment, unsolicited contact, spam, or any unlawful activity. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, disqualification from ongoing contests, and possible legal action.

6. Content Standards & Community Guidelines

As a KnoBee user, you are solely responsible for all content you create, post, or share on the platform, including text, images, videos, and other media. Content must not: Contain unlawful material or promote illegal activities; be defamatory, obscene, pornographic, threatening, abusive, harassing, or otherwise offensive; promote hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, nationality, disability, or sexual orientation; infringe upon copyrights, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights. KnoBee reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to remove, restrict, or block any content that violates these guidelines. Accounts found in breach may be suspended or terminated without prior notice.

7. Privacy & Data Security

KnoBee collects, processes, and stores personal information strictly under its Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not sell or share personally identifiable information, such as your name, phone number, or other personal details, with advertisers or third parties without your explicit consent. Our security systems operate 24/7, utilizing advanced safeguards to prevent unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or data breaches. You have full control over your data and may request deletion of your personal information or account at any time, subject to applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, designs, text, images, videos, software code, and other proprietary materials on KnoBee are the exclusive property of KnoBee and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, transmit, or create derivative works from any part of the KnoBee platform without prior written authorization. Unauthorized use of KnoBee’s intellectual property may result in legal action and/or termination of your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

KnoBee is not responsible for disputes, losses, or damages arising from interactions between users, including those facilitated through FindBuddy or other features. The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of uninterrupted availability.

10. Amendments to Terms

KnoBee reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time to comply with legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Users will be notified of significant changes via in‑app notifications, email, or SMS. Continued use of the application after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
